Hours of Operation (Effective September 1, 2013): 10:00am - 6:00pm
Spa associates are scheduled to accommodate the specific requests our guest have made. In order to best accommodate all guests and as a courtesy to our staff, we require an 8-hour notification of changes and cancellations. Cancellations within the 8-hour period will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) price. No notification of a cancellation will result in a full charge of the scheduled treatment(s).
An automatic 20% service charge will be added to all treatments and is not included in the prices listed. This is the recommended gratuity and can be altered at the guest's request.
It is recommended that you schedule appointments as soon as possible to best accommodate your desired treatments and times.
We recommend arriving to the spa 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for check-in, paperwork, and changing. We recommend coming earlier if you would like to use our sauna or shower prior to your treatment. Late arrivals may have their treatment shortened or be canceled at full charge. Please note we are located in the Westin Workout Center across from the Mango Deli.
Packages may be split over separate days. However, packages are sold by the individual and may not be split over multiple individuals. Packages are charged at full price upon receiving the first treatment. Discounts and refunds will not be given on any unused portion of the package once it is purchased.
